It's been there since I started playing. The three level 20 npc's give skill quests for the monk, ele and mesmer.

The lvl 20 thing IS new though, I have another screen showing Priestess Rashenna(sp?) as lvl 5.

As for Melendru, I can say for absolutely certain that it has always have been there since I first visited the Temple last summer.

As for lvl 20 NPCs, I'm not sure about that.

Hmmm... just went there and I see the statue but the statue of Dwayna is broken and the Henchies are all lvl 6. I wonder if there is some kind of quest you need to finish to see this?

Notice that the leaves on Melandru are gone now and Dwayna's statue is broken.

It's called, "your country doesn't have favor" syndrome.
It's when all the statues go down when your territory doesn't have favor.
It's common. In fact it happens at least once a day.

Oh noes! The statues are broken! O RLY?
When your country has favor, the statues will be up.

^inverse theorem at work. Math is key.

Once again, nothing new here.

I just went there and it took four seconds to load (rather than two). I could swear that I saw both Melandru and Dwayna statues when I went there as my first character at level 9, though. I don't get why they would change those NPCs to lvl 20s, but in my view it doesn't seem likely that something's happening there. Just a minor change for some small reason.

The statues have been there for EVER. And I mean forever. Like, they were there six months ago. They've always been there. Level 20 NPCs though, I must investigate...

Well the henchies are still level 6 for me, no matter what character I use. I thought maybe it had something to do if you get the Titan quests, but one of my characters doesn't even have those quests, and one does... still the henchies are level 6 for both characters.

gah...heres the deal...

The statue aint new, always been there.

I believe the SKILL TRAINERS arent new either, u see only the mesmer and elementalist trainers there are lv 20-helps show they are masters of their profession and can teach you new skills-

the storage, merchant, weapons, blah npcs are still their weak lv 10 selves
